What we do

Singing a different tune

Song In My Heart is a volunteer organization that connects performers who love to sing with performance events for seniors. Our singers bring live music to senior centers, residences and community gatherings, and our audiences get an afternoon of the songs they know and love.

Fit as a fiddle

Study after study points the same way: singing lifts mood, deepens breathing, lowers stress and helps people sleep. For older adults especially, a familiar song can reach memories and feelings that little else can. That is why we sing, and why we sing together.
